  • Make sure we have a current phone number. We often find the number has changed since initial account set up or last update. It is important that we can contact you in case there is an emergency or other issue.
  • If you have a Debit or Credit card on file for your account, please be sure to update your information with any changes i.e. new card, new expiration date. You may call or mail in the changes.
  • Ocassionally during the year improtant Notices are mailed with your bill. Please be sure to read this information.
